



We pride ourselves with having some of the best athletes on and off the hill in our program; pushing our athletes to be competitive in both individual and team categories.
Alpine ski racing is a physically demanding sport that requires a high level of dedication to strength training. Throughout the season we will be hosting dry-land training sessions that will focus on building strength, agility, and endurance.
Mt. Bachelor opening day:
November 29th
Pre-Season dry-land training:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday @4:00/ Wednesday @2:30
Sunday: On-hill training 9am (Location: TBD)
Monday: Dry-land 4:00pm (Bend High)
Tuesday: Dry-land 4:00pm (Caldera)
Wednesday: On-hill training 2:30pm
Thursday: Dry-land 6:00AM-7:45AM (Caldera)
Friday: Rest day/ pasta feed *race weekends only*
Saturday: On-hill training 9am (Location: TBD)
We will ski many mornings over both Thanksgiving and winter breaks. Plan on being there as much as you can. We understand vacation plans, family time, etc.

Registration will be open from November 15-22. We will all register using the OSSA Website, which will link us to AdminSkiRacing.
Once you are at the AdminskiRacing site you will be prompted to create an account. Once your account is created there will be an option to select our team (COASF). Payment for all 3 organizations (OSSA, OISRA, and COASF) will be made through this site.
Somewhere on the OSSA site or AdminSkiRacing there will be a coupon code for OISRA. Everyone will need to register for OISRA, at the OISRA website. Put in the coupon code before payment. There will be a zero amount due.
Skis: Slalom *required* Giant Slalom (recommended but not required)
Boots: 4 Buckle, snug fit (We recommend getting assistance from a professional boot fitter. Mark Elling is the best… go to Mark)
Helmet: GS requires a hardshell over ears, slalom soft ears are allowed *MIPS required*, Chin guard highly recommended for Slalom
Ski Pass: Mt. Bachelor season pass
Race Suit, Pole Guards, Shin Guards, Mouth Guard
Properly fitted equipment is crucial for progression and injury prevention. If unsure of your skiers equipment here is a helpful link or please consult one of our coaches.

New this year, Jasper Ladkin will be offering high-quality, hand-tuned ski tuning services to the COASF team, as well as to parents and friends. Services are available at competitive prices, with a portion of each sale going directly to support COASF.
